Lacey has an amazing page to share with us today for our “Technique Tuesday”. We are so in love with her adorable cauldron shaker accent!

This is what she had to say about how this page came together:

“Hi Y’all! Lacey here to share a little something new! I chose to make a shaker element for this Technique Tuesday.

“Happy Halloween” by Lacey Robin

I used some blendable inks to color my Cardstock Cut and then backed it will a clear acetate sheet. Next I used dimensional foam to build a spot to add my sequins in the center of the cauldron. I finished off by adding my sequins and putting a piece of patterned paper over the back, and voila a shaker!

After that, I used a stencil and did some mixed media on my background and began layering it all together.

I used the same black patterned paper to cut some bats with the Mouse Bats die from Scraps & Ink Crafts. I love that this die has multi sizes!

Finishing off my layout with a pre made title and some purple splatters made it complete!

Thank you for joining me today, I hope I have inspired you to create in some way.”
