For this week’s Technique Tuesday, we challenged Heather to scraplift another Design Team Member! In Heather’s own words:

“Scraplifting can be so much fun…especially when the layouts look so completely different once they are finished. I was drawn to a couple different layouts that I might like to scraplift but ultimately setting on a page by Jackie.

“Heart This” by Jackie Ashton

I kept going back to this LO that she had done. I have a feeling it may have been a combination of the clean lines and white background as well as the fact that it includes my two favorite colors…green and blue.

“Haunted Mansion by Heather Ribble”

I, of course, changed things up a bit and used 2 photos rather than one and used a patterned background. I did stick with the 3 basic areas of embellishments and even included a couple of stamped phrases to coincide with the little bits of stamping that Jackie used as well.

Love that Hatbox Ghost….makes my heart go pitter patter! So exciting that he will be materializing at WDW sometime in the not-too-distant future!

My little guy was just a bit nervous…but he rode because he knows how much his mama loves this ride!

I love all of the colors on the Disney Inspired Mickey & Minnie Mouse Padded Appliques, and of course the purple one was perfect.”

Supplies by Scraps & Ink Crafts: Mouse Flourish Cutting Die, Haunted Mansion Washi Tape Set, Purple Padded Applique, Haunted Mansion Printed Acrylics
