Hi, I’m Jackie, married with a 24 year son, and live in Birmingham, UK.

My scrapbooking adventure started in 2008 after attending a ‘memory keeping’ workshop – I was hooked straightaway and just knew I needed to find out more from this workshop and what was out there. This fun hobby as help me to make some amazing friends over the years.

My passion for scrapbooking as lead me to become a co-owner of Birds of a Feather Ltd here in the UK, which is scrapbooking retreat company. Our company as organised a number of in-person workshops with international designers who came over especially to teach for us, we had the wonderful Paige Taylor Evans, Amy Tan and Vicki Boutin so far, these workshops were all a great success.

I’m mainly a 12×12 scrapbooker, but I love to incorporate other sizes of pages within my albums including pocket pages, and I also love to create minibook – either the traditional pocket pages ones or making them from scratch.

I have been on several design teams over the years, and currently on Hey Little Magpie, Scrap the Boys, CSI, and I have just finished my year on Elle’s Studio design team.

Being on these teams have help me develop my hobby even further than I would have ever imagined and as lead me to work with some great crafters over the years and make some amazing lifelong friendships.
