Happy Sunday friends!

Ahhh…October. I have a love/hate relationship with this, the tenth month in our calendar year. I will spare you the hate, so lets focus on the love!

One word: Halloween

If you’ve ever been to any of the Disney parks during this festive holiday, specifically the ‘Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party’, then you know. You just…know.

I chose the following sketch to help showcase a few of my photos from the ‘Boo To You’ parade during the party.

My photos were a little bigger than the 3×4 size in the sketch, so I layered and tilted them to fit. This also covered up any areas of the photos that were super-dark and did not need to be visible.

I’ve always loved the holographic skull washi in the Haunted Mansion Washi Set, so I added it to peek out from the torn and sewn edges of my page’s bottom layers. It’s super shiny in person and the photos simply don’t do it justice. And what page is complete without a sparkly Mouse Head Facet or two?

Although I love their placement in the sketch, because my photos are larger and span nearly the entire width of the page, there was no room along the right edge of the photos for my tags. I opted to add them to the top of the photo instead. Aren’t those tags just adorable? They are BOTH from Scraps & Ink Crafts. The smaller tag is made with the Mouse Tag Cutting Die while the larger is the Stitched Tag & Ticket Cutting Die.

Another great die for any and ALL Halloween pages and projects is the Mouse Bats Cutting Die. It is exclusive to Scraps & Ink Crafts and has 4 different sizes of bats in one die. LOVE!

I attached two more bats in my grouping along the left side of the page, along with a fun Printed Acrylic from the Haunted Mansion Set. The Pumpkin is from the Not-So-Scary Set and is the newest addition to the Scraps & Ink Crafts shop!

For my title, I couldn’t wait to spell out the word “SPOOKTACULAR” using the Mouse Alphabet Cutting Die Set! It’s so versatile!
