For this “Dapper” page, I immediately visualized the silhouette-cut title in my mind, so it was fairly straightforward when designing it for my electronic cutter. I knew I just had to use this stripe patterned paper in the title to match the stripes in the “Dapper Dan’s” outfits.

To further match the “Dans”, I wanted to use something that mimicked their bow ties. I had these felt bows in my stash from years ago that would work perfectly. I suppose that’s the benefit of never getting rid of craft supplies- you always find something that matches! My banner had the perfect number of spots to add the bows. I also added “tails” to the red bow with additional red felt to represent myself standing with the “Dans”.

I created depth to my title by using foam mounting tape. This helps the title stand-out on the page a bit better.

Since the page was already busy, I added just a few puffy gold stickers for a bit of shine that wouldn’t distract from the overall page. Thanks for letting me share my “Dapper” page with you!
