This background paper was from a large Disney paper pad. Sometimes I find it difficult to use papers that have pre-printed border designs like the waves and Donald image at the bottom of this paper. I tend to want to make my own borders with lots of layers, so I usually cut off these pre-printed ones. This bottom border, however, worked well to balance out my layered banner at the top of the page. And it was just too cute to cut off in the first place!

The banner pieces were added to the baker’s twine with a tiny bead of strong adhesive. The title is a chipboard piece found in the package from the same collection as the Disney paper pad and helps convey how we feel about ToonTown no longer existing in Walt Disney World.

“Aw, Phooey!” indeed!
