Where I live, the old saying is so true: “March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb.”

Here in Idaho, it is not uncommon to have snow on the ground at the beginning of the month and blooming flowers at the end! And snow or not, if you want fresh peas out of the garden in June, you better get the seeds in the ground by the end of March!

I’m soooo ready to welcome the warmer weather (and planting season), but since it’s still pretty darn cold out, I will be staying indoors for a bit longer, which gives me plenty of time to play along with the very first challenge for the month!

Disney Creative Co. March “Colors of Magic” Challenge:

Kristin created the palette based on the fun colors in her photo from the Peter Pan float at Walt Disney World. LOVE that pop of lime green! Or should we say “Peter Pan tunic” green?

Our amazingly talented Design Team has really done a fantastic job with these colors!

“Sweet” by Emily Adams:

Emily embraced the green to scrap a photo of a key lime tart! Yum!

Vicki’s “adventurous” page makes us smile! It is always an adventure when braving Expedition Everest- beware the Yeti!

“Oh Happy Day” by Michelle Sinclair:

“Off to Neverland” by Jackie Ashton:

Since the challenge is to use at least THREE of the colors in the palette, Jackie chose not to use the green, but still used all of the other colors. In fact, Jackie added the yellow that features so prominently in her page with the use of fun products by Scraps & Ink Crafts!

Products from Scraps & Ink Crafts: Frosted Mouse Paper Clip, Yellow Mouse Shaker, Film Strip Cutting Die.

“Neverland” by Kristin Fougeron:

And last, but definitely NOT least, Kristin has created this fun page with a whimsical feel and bright colors to showcase those photos that really POP!

Products from Scraps & Ink Crafts: Ticket Washi, Red glitter padded applique.

Now it’s your turn to play along for your chance to win authentic Disney merchandise.
