WOW! Can I just say this is pretty darn impressive?! Confession time- Texture paste (pretty sure it’s texture paste?) scares the living daylights out of me, so I am seriously in awe! The subtlety here with the fireworks is quite lovely and makes me want to give it a try. 🙂

Yes you can do it ! I only ever use it with stencils. I like a clean look.
