in reply to: April “Colors of Magic” Challenge #26989
I hesitated a lot about what to scrap with the colour scheme this month. I ended up going a different “Monsters” route, adding some orange and scrapping some Halloween photos 😀

Hope it counts, and hope you like it: https://disneycreativeco.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/SeasTheDayBB_LobsterRollFJ_cruisewelcome_web.jpgin reply to: March Cut File Challenge #26783in reply to: March “Incredi- Sketch Challenge #26770in reply to: March “Colors of Magic” Challenge #26681Oh, makes sense! Glad it worked the way I did it 😀
As far as the Senses spa, it was the one on the cruise ship and I had very limited time, I was only there for the duration of a massage, but it was very nice! Enjoy your trip and I say try the spa, it sounds like a perfect way to to escape for a bit.in reply to: March “Colors of Magic” Challenge #26676I added mine to the gallery. The reply box has no options of any kind, just a text box… So I’m pasting the image link here and fingers crossed it shows up. Otherwise, it’s titled and tagged for the challenge, so hopefully you can find it one way or another…
in reply to: August Color of Magic Challenge #23455Here’s my take, a double page about the Rivers of Light show at Animal Kingdom. I used the fuchsia and lavender, and the verdigris in the background papers, and my sage green is brighter but still pulled from the photos 😀
I hope you like it 😀
(I’ve tried a few ways to include the photos here, but it erases my answer entirely from the thread. It doesn’t seem to work with the image or the link options…, sorry, but they are in the gallery).in reply to: Launch Party Day 3- The Disney in You!!! #23440I know I’m super late answering these, but I loved reading all the answers and I want to share 😀
So here are my answers!Question 1: What is your favorite Disney movie and why?
I love so many of them, but I think Aladdin is still my fave. I love the humour, the fast paced jokes, all the puns, basically all things Genie. And as far as music goes it’s amazing and it’s hard to beat A Whole New World.Question 2: Do you have any Disney collections? If so, what do you collect? And, if not, what
would you love to start collecting?
I don’t really collect anything Disney. I have a very “collector” personality and if I did, it might become problematic. I do have a small collection of pressed pennies in a book, and over the years I have ended up with a larger than average Eeyore teddy bears.Question 3: What original, Disney-inspired papercraft, scrapbook project, or DIY project are you
most proud of that you have completed?
I am happy and proud of every photobook of digiscraps I end up completing, but probably most proud of the one from our 2014 road trip because each page followed the same style/pattern (a bit of a pocket style look which I don’t usually do…).Question 4: Are you a fan of the Disney Princesses? If so, which one and why? And, if not, feel
free to use this space to explain why not!
I like princesses but am not princess obsessed, I prefer the funny characters (side-kicks like Sebastian and Mushu, funny villains likes Hades, Gaston, or Kronk). So logically, my favourites are Rapunzel and Anna who are both “real”: naive, clumsy, quirky.Question 5: What is your ideal Disney Park day?
I’ll take any Disney day. The ideal “dream” day (let’s assume I can transport/apparate): breakfast at the Crystal Palace in MK with Winnie and Friends, then the teacups and Space Mountain in Disneyland Paris (both are such elevated versions of the rides for me), then lunch at the Yak and Yeti and watch the Festival of the Lion King, then off to Epcot for Soarin’ and supper at Le Cellier.Hello everyone, I’m originally from France, but have been in Canada for over 20 years now. We live in Ottawa.
I’ve always loved Disney, I even worked at the Disney Store in Paris one summer. For a few golden years, DisneyWorld was our little heaven as my in-laws had a place in the Orlando area and our special needs son loved it. We went twice a year and were annual passholders. (We’ve been unable to travel with our son for a few years now and I really hope we can take him back in the future.)
I still have many unscrapped vacations photos to play with and the beauty of digital is that I can always re-scrap them anyways 😉
I can’t wait to fill up my gallery and check out all of yours and play along in some challenges, Disney fans are my people 😬in reply to: Crafting Question of the day!! #23385(I do digital scrapbooking)
