Hello Everyone! Lacey made another wonderful scrapbook page. Continue reading as she shares, in her own words, how she put it all together.

Hey Y’all, Lacey here to share another spooky layout using our awesome color palette # 102. I decided to leave out the plumb in the palette but there is a little bit of purple in our photos! The Simple Stories line was perfect for this color challenge.

Colors of Magic #102

I tore right into my paper and decided to create a horizontal design with lots of layers and texture by ruffing up my edges a bit.

I used some chipboard pieces behind my photos to make them pop off the page. As well as added some foam squares to help with dimension.

I used one of the 6×8 papers from the paper pad to cut some bats with the Mouse Bats die from Scraps and Ink. I also used a white paint pen to add some beady little eyes! The embellishments are the best part! I used all three of the specimen jars in a row so it kinda looks like they are sitting on a shelf.

Finishing off my layout with a few of the Jack pieces (‘Sally’s Potions‘, ‘Just Jack‘, and ‘Jack & Sally‘ acrylic embellishments) from Scraps and Ink Crafts was the perfect final touch.
