It is time for another Color Palette here on the blog!

I decided to go with #109 because I knew the red, blue and yellow would work perfectly for some photos I have with Mickey Mouse.

“Oh, Boy” by Heather Ribble

These photos bring me so much joy because the photographer got such a great shot of my little guy just as Mickey turned his attention our way…it is just the sweetest of smiles and I love it.

My guy loves to talk and interact with the characters so it can sometimes be hard to get him to actually stand still and look at the camera–he just wants to keep moving around!

I used a few different goodies from our sister site, Scraps & Ink Crafts, on this layout. I am a big fan of the metal cutting dies and I actually used two of them–’Mouse Ticket’ and ‘Stitched Tag & Ticket’.

The silicone embellishments are super cute and I loved the Mickey Hands from the ‘Mr & Mrs’ silicone rubber charms set and the cute little red Mickey from the ‘Mickey Parts’ silicone rubber charms collection.

The sprinkle filled ‘Mouse Shakers’ are adorable!

Lastly I used a few of the ‘Sparkle Mouse Gems/Facets’ classic collection and a bit of washi from the ‘Colorful Mickey’ set.

I think Mickey Mouse is one of my most favorite characters to scrap…he is just so cute! Do you have a favorite? I would love to see a layout of one of your favorite characters. You can share on our Facebook page or tag us on Instagram.

From all of us here at DCC, have a magical day!
